Founding 20 is limited to the first 20 new client accounts that activate a paid subscription. One account per company. The offer is subject to studio slot availability.
Clients select either monthly or yearly billing at checkout. Founding rates remain locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active.
There is no forced 12-month lock. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime before the next monthly renewal date. Yearly subscriptions are prepaid for 12 months.
The plan delivery quota resets on a monthly delivery cycle for both monthly and yearly subscriptions. Studio capacity remains strictly 10 concurrent active clients across all plans with one active app per client at a time.
Founding seats reserve founding pricing, not additional delivery slots. If your chosen plan is full, you may join the activation queue at no charge; the founding price offer is held for 14 days after an activation invite.
Plans are billed in USD via Polar.sh (Merchant of Record). Applicable taxes may apply. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Code ownership follows the Code Retention Policy. The seat counter is read live from the platform database and is not an artificial countdown timer.
This English version governs if a localized translation conflicts. Activated subscriptions retain their terms in effect at activation for as long as continuously maintained.
